How did you feel leading up to your shoot?
I was a bit nervous but mostly excited for my shoot. I had never been in front of a camera revealing so much of myself that I usually keep to myself. I had been struggling with my body image and was looking for something to finally let myself become free and happy with my body.
Did you enjoy your experience with hair and makeup?
I absolutely loved being with Lauren during hair and makeup, she was so sweet and she made me feel so beautiful. It definitely helped me calm my nerves and get me more comfortable. When I looked in the mirror I was in shock, I couldn’t believe how sexy I looked!
How did you feel during your shoot?
During the first few photos I was a little nervous, I was scared that my face would look weird or my positioning would be off. Paige and I took a few moments together to take some deep breaths and just let my true sex kitten flourish and the nerves to disappear. Paige told me exactly what to do and she made sure each position was perfect. Paige was like my cheerleader throughout the shoot, she made sure I always felt safe, comfortable and most importantly, confident. I had a few different outfits which she properly coordinated with the different rooms she has. I had never felt more beautiful and sexy in my entire life. I was on cloud 9 the entire time.
What was your reason for booking a boudoir shoot?
I had always struggled with my self image. I was anorexic for some time. Even though I defeated my eating disorder, I still didn’t love who I saw in the mirror. I wanted this shoot to set me free and accept who I was and to stop comparing myself to everyone else.
What advice do you have for other women considering a boudoir shoot?
What are you waiting for? Book a shoot ASAP. You will not believe how beautiful andamazing you will feel. Paige and her team will make you feel like a goddess who cannot be stopped. There is only one “you” out there in this whole world. Own it.
What was your favorite part of the experience?
Besides being behind the camera, just talking with Paige and Lauren while I was getting my makeup and hair done was great. They’re super friendly and wonderful people.
What made you choose the fearlessly you boudoir team?
I had heard great things about Paige and her team. The photos I saw were beautiful and I was obsessed. They’re also very close to where I live so it wasn’t a long drive down to the city, it’s just in a cute little town.
Do you have anything else you’d like to add about your experience?
I will be coming back soon! Can’t wait to see what magic we will create.
